Support Your Body at the Cellular Level

This isn’t about quick fixes — it’s about giving your body the right support, in the right way, at the right time. We come to you — in the comfort of your home, office, or wherever you feel most at ease.

Intentional Support for When Your Body Needs More

Whether you’re navigating burnout, chronic fatigue, immune challenges, high physical output, or simply want proactive wellness support, IV therapy can be used as a tool to help support your body’s natural ability to regulate and restore.

These thoughtfully formulated infusions help replenish essential nutrients, support hydration, and give your body the support it needs to restore energy, recover, and function at its best.

This isn’t about quick fixes — it’s about giving your body the right support, in the right way, at the right time.

Because when your body has what it needs, it often knows exactly what to do.

Sound familiar?

Feeling Drained, Off, or Not Like Yourself?

You don’t wake up one day feeling completely burned out. It happens slowly.

If this sounds like you, your body may be depleted — not broken. And that can show up in ways that don’t always make sense.

Why You Feel This Way

Daily Stressors

Poor sleep, processed foods, environmental toxins, and high mental and physical output quietly build up.

Nutrient Depletion

These stressors deplete important nutrients, straining your body’s ability to restore and recover.

Oxidative Stress

Your body enters a state where it’s under more strain than it can effectively recover from — impacting your cells.

Cellular Impact

Your mitochondria — your cells’ energy producers — can’t keep up, leading to fatigue, fog, and feeling off.

What Are Mitochondria & Why Do They Matter?

Mitochondria are tiny structures inside nearly every cell in your body. Think of them as your cells’ power plants — they’re responsible for producing the energy your body needs to function. When oxidative stress builds up, your mitochondria can’t produce energy efficiently. This is why you feel exhausted even after a full night’s sleep, why your brain feels foggy, and why recovery takes longer than it should. Supporting mitochondrial function is one of the most impactful things you can do for your energy, clarity, and overall wellness.

The problem isn’t that your body is failing. It’s that your body may be under-supported.

Our goal is to help replenish those nutrients and support the body’s ability to restore balance.

When your body is supported, everything feels easier — energy, clarity, recovery, and resilience.

The Science

More Than Hydration — Targeted Support at the Cellular Level

IV therapy is often seen as hydration — but when used intentionally, it becomes much more.

Chronic dehydration and nutrient depletion only add fuel to the fire. IV therapy works by delivering hydration, vitamins, minerals, and nutrients directly into the bloodstream — bypassing digestion entirely.

Instead of relying on digestion (which can limit absorption), IV therapy provides direct, immediate support at the cellular level — where your body actually uses these nutrients. It allows your body to use what it needs — when it needs it most.

What IV therapy may support:

Each infusion is thoughtfully tailored to your individual goals, whether you’re looking to feel refreshed, restore balance, or support your body at a higher level.

This is where IV therapy becomes more than hydration — it becomes targeted, intentional support.

A Personalized, Supportive Approach

You don’t have to do everything at once. Many clients begin with IV therapy and choose to add additional support over time — if and when it feels right for them.

Our goal is to meet you where you are — with guidance, education, and support so you can care for your body with clarity and confidence.

We’ll always explain what’s in your drip and why — nothing is given without understanding its purpose.

IV therapy does not replace healthy living — it supports it. When used intentionally, nutrient restoration can help the body regulate, repair, and rebalance more effectively, especially during times of increased stress or demand.

Our approach is built around education and intention — guided by The Rooted Method™, a framework we use to support your body through each stage of wellness, from foundational support to rebuilding to optimizing and long-term vitality.

Not a menu. A method.

When You’re Ready for Real Answers

For some clients, IV therapy is just the starting point.

If you’ve been doing “all the right things” and told “your labs are normal,” but still don’t feel like yourself, there may be deeper imbalances at play.

When you’re ready, we offer a more in-depth, root cause approach to help you understand what’s really going on — and how to support your body in a deeper, more sustainable way.

GOT A QUESTION

Frequently
Asked Questions

We believe wellness should feel clear, supportive, and approachable. Here are a few common questions about our therapies, approach, and how to get started.

What does the process look like?
We make the experience simple and personalized: Book your appointment online → We come to you (home, office, or event) → Your RN reviews your health history and goals → Your IV is placed and you relax while it runs. Once a year all clients are required to complete a health intake form and undergo a brief video telehealth medical screening prior to receiving services.
How does IV therapy work?
IV therapy delivers fluids, vitamins, and nutrients directly into your bloodstream through a small catheter. Because it bypasses the digestive system, your body can absorb and use these nutrients more efficiently—allowing for faster support when you’re depleted, stressed, or run down.
Is IV therapy just “expensive pee”?
It’s a fair question—and not entirely wrong. Your body will always use what it needs and eliminate what it doesn’t. That’s true for food, supplements, and IV therapy. The difference is how much your body can actually access and use in the moment. With oral supplements, absorption is limited by digestion and gut health. IV therapy delivers nutrients directly into the bloodstream, making them immediately available—especially during times of stress, depletion, or recovery. So while some excess may be excreted, the goal isn’t to overload your system—it’s to give your body access to what it may not be getting or fully absorbing otherwise. For many people, that’s where the value comes in.
Does it really work?
The problem isn’t that IV therapy doesn’t work—it’s that most people use it without structure. Random nutrients and wrong dosing lead to inconsistent results. Real improvement requires high-quality formulas with correct dosing and intention. This is where Renewed & Rooted Wellness excels.
Is IV therapy safe?
Yes—when done properly, IV therapy is safe and well-tolerated. Every client completes a medical screening before treatment, and all infusions are administered by a licensed RN under medical supervision. We use sterile techniques, high-quality ingredients, and carefully selected formulations tailored to your needs. Minor side effects like bruising or discomfort may occur, but serious complications are rare.
How long does it take?
Most infusions take about 45–60 minutes. Some specialized infusions may take longer depending on the formulation.
What’s actually in the IV—and why?
Each IV includes fluids, electrolytes, vitamins, and nutrients to support hydration, energy, recovery, and wellness. Common ingredients may include B vitamins for energy, Vitamin C for immune support, Magnesium for relaxation and recovery, and Amino acids for cellular function.
Why not just take vitamins orally?
Oral supplements can be helpful—but they’re not always enough. Absorption depends on digestion, gut health, and individual factors, which means your body may only utilize a portion of what you’re taking. IV therapy provides a direct approach—delivering nutrients straight to the bloodstream for more reliable support.
How often should I get IV therapy?
It depends on your goals. Some clients come occasionally, while others benefit from 1–2 sessions per month. We guide you based on your needs.
Does IV therapy hurt?
Most clients feel a small pinch during IV placement, then relax comfortably for the rest of the session.
Is IV therapy just for celebrities or athletes?
Not at all. While it’s often seen in those spaces, IV therapy is simply a more efficient way to deliver nutrients—used by busy professionals, parents, athletes, and anyone feeling depleted.
